What is “The Challenge of the Month”?

This is a section at which periodically (and for short periods of time, between 1 and 4 weeks) we will propose a specific topic, so that you may post all of your ideas on that topic. The world is waiting for your ideas!

This Challenge of the Month is sponsored by Fundación Promete, a non-profit organization devoted to the development of talent through projects in the field of Education.

Which is the Challenge of the Month?

In this month’s Challenge, we ask you to share ideas that will help us imagine a new school… what do you think schools should be like in 10 years’ time? Will there be classrooms? Will there still be groups divided by ages? And subjects? What will teachers do? How about students? Will a tablet or smartphone be all children carry in their schoolbags?

We’re sure that your own experience as a student, teacher, or parent will have given you thousands of ideas on the subject. Try to dig some of those out and share them with the world. And while you’re at it, how about one of our prizes? Free your mind of everything we take for granted in education today and think: What would you like tomorrow’s schools to be like?

You can participate with your ideas until May 31.
Contributions will be accepted from participants in any country of the world, but ideas must be written either in English or Spanish.

You can find this button in the ideas4all Homepage, under Challenge of the Month. If you do not submit your ideas through this button you won’t be taking part in the competition, and many users will have a hard time finding your idea.

Prizes and Winners

There will be 3 winners, each receiving a 100€ prize.

Fundación Promote will select the winners from the 10 most voted ideas.

Fundación Promete will contact winners via email, and they will be announced both in ideas4all’s Blog and in Fundación Promete’s website.

What happens with ideas?

If participating ideas can be put to practice as part of any of the Projects organized by Fundación Promete, you can be sure they will be. Remember, however, that we cannot guarantee that these attempts will bring results. In any case, we believe that good ideas deserve to be known.
