It's a good idea but there are a couple of things you need to think about: 1. How will you market this site? make people aware of it? 2. Even if people come to this site, why should they spend time reading and improving somebody else's design project? 3. Online businesses need a huge amount of investment in the beginning and are able to make profit a long after initiation. You know facebook started making profit 6 years after it was started. So do you have that kind of money? Great idea, one of the best I have seen so far, I agree that sharing ideas and sources is always an opportunity to develop your creativity, so all the best with the project!!
