The Indian post offices have a massive reach especially in rural areas.These can be used to send post via internet.....what we call email. Which can be checked by the person at another post office in his village. These post offices-internet kiosks can be handles via one internet savvy individual apponted by Govt of india.Hence, the technology and language barrier b/w the rural population and internet will be solved.This way communication will be quick and hastle free.

How about having a single card which can be used as both credit and debit card.The card can have 2 pin nos one for debit card and other for credit card so the when ever the customer punches one pin he will be able to use card as debit cards and other can be used as credit card.
