How we can utilize old film camera’s?

After coming of digital camera’s in the market, the usage of old film reel camera’s is reduced / stopped . How we can utilize these old camera’s.  Any recycling or any conversion is possible to make digital camera’s?  Is there any possible to convert into cctv (closed circuit cameras)?  Is there any value for old camera lenses.
