There is always a moment during the creative process in which the final outcome is not as expected. The preconceived notions that we had for a project from the outset have either changed or need to change in order bring about some form of resolution. By working on something either individually or collectively you are immersed in the experience. This will naturally allow you to have a certain perspective on what you’re doing. However the input from others who are not directly involved is also invaluable, due to its impartiality. With the rapid evolution of Web 2.0 there is massive scope for users to contribute their comments and thoughts on just about anything.
The purpose of this site is to allow users to submit their design projects for the purpose of constructive review and feedback. Projects that can be submitted will range vastly; buy could include any of the following: logos, WebPages, Jewellery, Architecture, Property Design, Parks and Landscapes, etc.
Any kind of audiovisual material can be submitted and the premise of the site is to allow the provision of feedback on feedback. i.e. A potentially continual loop of comments and ideas on the creative process of any given project.
From an operational/functional perspective, a user looking for some feedback on their design will post a brief explanation of what they feel the design lacks and areas of possible uncertainty. Image(s) of the design will be uploaded and the areas of desired feedback will be numerated accordingly on the image. This will allow people to easily identify the different sections and make their comments on them.
Providing a site where designs can be reviewed and suggestions submitted will prove invaluable to those who are working on projects and searching for quality feedback. There is a clear gap in the market for this specific need and it would be a great asset to anyone who is involved in the process of project design.
