understand how plants transform CO2 into O2 and apply it to Cars

i know it is difficult but at least it is still an idea
if we understand the way how plants transform CO2 into O2 , we could apply the same mechanism and chemical reactions into the Co2 produced by cars and factories to produce oxigen.
